UPCAST®
UPCAST® is the leading supplier of upward continuous casting technology for a wide range of non-ferrous applications.

Our legacy –
Original UPCAST®
The upward continuous casting method, better known as the UPCAST® system, was originally developed by the Finnish Outokumpu Group in the late 1960s. This innovation emerged from a combination of forward-thinking engineering and extensive production expertise, establishing the standard in continuous casting technology.

Always green.
Now greener.
UPCAST® technology in itself, has always been an environmentally friendly process. Just electricity, compressed air and a cooling water circulation are needed to keep the process running
